The following are the terms and conditions for ACE Engineering Academy online exams portal. By submitting our online registration form for online exams you are acceptin g to the following terms and conditions. ACE - ACE Engineering Academy, User - online exam buyer, the student, service buyer, website visitor. 1. ACE has every right to change/delete/add the content on the portal without any announcement. User/buyer is limited to the content and exams provided by the portal. 2. ACE can suspend an online exam without notice. 3. User is required to provide correct information at the time of registration. If ACE feels that the information is incorrect, it is responsibility of the user to prov ide proof for the information. If required, ACE can update the information stored in the portal. 4. Amount once paid will not be refunded. 5. User/Buyer who is appearing for GATE exam is required to upload his/her Hall-ticket scanned copy to the portal for future verification. 6. User is not allowed to give his/her user access details (user name/password) to anyone. After accessing the portal, the user is recommended to logout properly by cli cking logout button. 7. Once the registration is completed ACE does not transfer user from one branch of engineering to another branch (ex ME to PI). 8. ACE has right to use result of the successful candidates for its business promotions. 9. The services offered by ACE to the applicants are valid for the current academic year only or valid till the end of test series as per the test series schedule. 10. We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any T ransaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time .
